Why ranges and not point prices?
Pilot scope varies by specialty count, refresh cadence, and integration depth. We finalize a fixed monthly number during a 30-minute discovery call before any pilot agreement is signed. There is no surprise pricing.
How do I pay?
Invoice via ACH, wire, or check. Net 30 by default; Net 15 negotiable. We do not charge cards and do not use Stripe at this stage.
What about HIPAA / BAA / SOC 2?
Fonteum handles only public regulatory-registry data — no PHI, no PII, no payment data. A BAA is not required because the scope does not include protected health information. We do not currently hold SOC 2 or HIPAA attestations; if your procurement process requires them, contact us for the current roadmap.
Can I cancel a pilot?
Yes. Pilot agreements include a 30-day notice clause with no penalty during the 90-day window. The pilot is designed to de-risk the buy, not lock you in.
What's the data licensing scope?
Pilot tier is internal-use during the pilot window. Standard and Enterprise licenses cover commercial-product use. Resyndication to third parties requires a separate agreement.
