Limitations

• Scores reflect cross-source textual agreement only — a field that is wrong in the same way across all sources scores as “accurate.”
• States with fewer than 100 matched NPIs are marked insufficient sample and excluded from the leaderboard.
• Address matching uses city + state only; ZIP-level granularity is deferred to a future methodology version.
• Specialty matching uses NUCC taxonomy codes; translation divergences between sources may overcount disagreements.
• Fonteum does not independently verify any field — this is a cross-source agreement score, not a ground-truth accuracy measurement.
